All prices are expressed in EUR (€) and include VAT and tourist tax.
Final cleaning is included in the total price.
After filling out the form and sending a request for the dates that suit you, you will receive a return email related to the payment and all other information.

• Pets: Not Allowed.

Check-in / Check-out:
• Check-in: from 15:00h
• Check-out: until 10:00h
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment:
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
• The deposit must be paid within 48 hours to confirm the reservation, otherwise the reservation will not be valid.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival or live at the Villa. ( Credit card not accepted at Villa )
• Payments are made via bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
• Free date change up to 30 days before arrival (subject to availability)
• Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival.
• No-show or early departure: deposit is charged.
Security deposit:
No security deposit.
