Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at Villa Dodo. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with these terms during your stay.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. To confirm a reservation at Villa Dodo, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the agreed booking conditions. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been received.
1.2. All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes and local charges.
1.3. Any changes or cancellations of the reservation are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation via bank transfer.
2.2. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, guests may choose an alternative available date.
2.3. In all other cases of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
2.4. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
2.5 By paying the deposit, the guest confirms acceptance of these cancellation and booking terms.
3. House Rules
3.1. Guests agree to use the property responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and orderly condition during their stay.
3.3. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
3.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and the wellness area. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (relaxation zone), please use ashtrays and take care of safety.
3.5. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
3.6 Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00h to 07:00h.
3.7 Respect neighbors and quiet environment.
3.8 Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately.
3.9 Dispose of waste in the designated containers.
3.10 When leaving the house, be sure to lock the doors and close the windows.
3.11 Turn off lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances when not in use.
3.12 The use of illegal or dangerous substances is prohibited.
4. Use of Facilities
4.1 Use of the jacuzzi
4.1.1 Before using the jacuzzi, be sure to take a shower.
4.1.2 Using a towel in the sauna is mandatory (sitting or lying on a towel).
4.1.3 Maximum recommended time of stay is up to 20 minutes.
4.1.4 Jumping and inappropriate behavior in the Jacuzzi is prohibited.
4.1.5 It is forbidden to bring glass objects, food and various drinks into the jacuzzi.
4.2 It is forbidden to touch or adjust technical equipment.
4.3 Rules for children
4.3.1 Children must be under constant adult supervision.
4.3.2 Children under the age of 16 may use the wellness area only under the constant supervision of an adult.
4.3.3 Children are not recommended to use the sauna due to high temperatures.
4.3.4 Jumping, diving or rough play in the jacuzzi is prohibited.
4.3.5 Parents or guardians bear full responsibility for the safety of children.
4.4 Use of the sauna
4.4.1 Before using the sauna, be sure to take a shower.
4.4.2 Do not exceed the recommended time and temperature of use.
4.4.3 The recommended time in the sauna is 10–15 minutes per cycle.
4.4.4 After leaving the sauna, it is recommended to cool down and rest.
4.4.5 People with health problems should consult a doctor beforehand.
4.6 Outdoor fireplace & grill
4.6.1 An outdoor fireplace/grill is available for guests to use, please use it responsibly and never leave a fire unattended.
4.6.2 Use only the intended material (wood or charcoal).
4.6.3 Be sure to extinguish the fire after use.
4.6.4 Leave the area clean after use.
4.6.5 For safety reasons, do not use the grill during strong winds.
4.7 Relax & Enjoy room
4.7.1 Please use all equipment (darts, billiards, kitchen) carefully and responsibly.
4.7.2 After use, return things to their place.
4.7.3 Keep the area neat and clean.
4.7.4 Food and drinks are allowed only in the designated area.
4.7.5 It is strictly forbidden to place food and drinks on the billiards table.
4.7.6 Handle glass objects with special care.
4.7.7 Please use darts and pool table responsibly.
4.7.8 Children may only use the equipment under adult supervision.
4.7.9 Any damage caused by improper use will be charged.
4.7.10 Drinks in the fridge, if not included in the package you selected when booking, are available for an additional fee according to the applicable price list.
4.8 Use of the jacuzzi, sauna, game room and fireplace is at your own risk.
5. Liability
5.1. Villa Dodo shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
5.2. Guests are responsible for their personal property and are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
5.3 The use of wellness facilities (jacuzzi and sauna) is entirely at the guest’s own responsibility.
5.4 Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your stay without the right to a refund.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
6.2. By making a reservation, guests agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
7. Check-in and Check-out
7.1. Check-in is from 15:00h.
7.2. Check-out is until 10:00h.
7.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. Villa Dodo shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. The latest version will always be available on our website.
