Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at Villa Dodo. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with these terms during your stay.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. To confirm a reservation at Villa Dodo, a deposit or full payment is required, depending on the agreed booking conditions. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been received.
1.2. All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes and local charges.
1.3. Any changes or cancellations of the reservation are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. A deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation via bank transfer.
2.2. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, guests may choose an alternative available date.
2.3. In all other cases of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
2.4. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
2.5. A refundable security deposit of 100€ is required and may be used to cover damages or additional costs.
2.6 By paying the deposit, the guest confirms acceptance of these cancellation and booking terms.
3. House Rules
3.1. Guests agree to use the property responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and orderly condition during their stay.
3.3. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
3.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
3.5. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
4. Use of Facilities
4.1. The indoor jacuzzi is available for guest use and is included in the price unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Guests agree to use the jacuzzi responsibly and follow all provided instructions and are responsible for maintaining hygiene standards when using the jacuzzi. Any misuse or damage may result in additional charges.
4.3. Use of the jacuzzi is at the guest’s own risk. Villa Dodo shall not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents resulting from its use.
4.4. The use of glass objects or alcohol in or near the jacuzzi is not recommended.
4.5. Children must be supervised at all times when using the jacuzzi.
4.6. Wellness facilities are included in the price unless otherwise stated.
4.7. The sauna should not be used by persons with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions without prior medical consultation.
4.8. Children are not allowed to use the sauna without adult supervision.
4.9. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided and use the sauna responsibly.
4.10. The use of alcohol before or during sauna use is not recommended.
4.11. Guests must shower before using the sauna and maintain proper hygiene.
4.12. Maximum recommended duration of sauna use is 15 minutes per session.
4.13. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
4.14. Any damage caused by misuse of the sauna, jacuzzi or game room will be charged accordingly.
5. Liability
5.1. Villa Dodo shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
5.2. Guests are responsible for their personal property and are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
5.3 The use of wellness facilities (jacuzzi and sauna) is entirely at the guest’s own responsibility.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
6.2. By making a reservation, guests agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
7. Check-in and Check-out
7.1. Check-in is from 13:00h.
7.2. Check-out is until 09:00h.
7.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. Villa Dodo shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. The latest version will always be available on our website.
